Lumesmart Earthday Event Speaker Anahita Rabii is the R&D Manager at Biotrix Americas, where she leads research and development projects focused on sustainable solutions for the water and wastewater sectors. With a PhD in Civil Engineering – Environmental Stream, she applies her deep scientific expertise to advance clean technologies and support environmental protection efforts.

Earthday Event Speaker Anahita Rabii is also actively involved in the professional community as the Chair of the Quarterly Magazine Committee at the Water Environment Association of Ontario (WEAO), where she promotes knowledge-sharing and professional development across Ontario’s water and environmental sectors.

In 2020, she contributed as both a speaker and a simultaneous translator, facilitating live translation from Farsi to English for speakers from Iran.
