With over six years of experience as a Ph.D. Candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University, Kayvan is a passionate and innovative machine learning researcher and scientist specializing in artificial intelligence applications in health domains. He has published multiple papers in reputable journals, such as Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, and won awards and recognitions for his work, such as ranking second in the Thales AI student competition.
His mission is to use my deep knowledge and skills in programming, Python, and machine learning to develop and improve solutions that can enhance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various health conditions and challenges, such as traumatic brain injury, concussion, and post-trauma syndrome, different cancer grading problem, explainable AI and medical sentiment analysis. I am eager to collaborate with other researchers, scientists, and professionals who share my vision and interest in advancing the field of artificial intelligence in health.
Machine Learning researcher and scientist with deep knowledge on usage of artificial intelligence approaches in health domains , recognized by IEEE Toronto Section Appreciation of Service Award , Developing a proper cancer tissue grading system is an arduous task. One of the main challenges is the training dependency on labeled datasets. Labeling medical image datasets is time-consuming and prohibitively expensive, requiring hundreds of hours of effort from expert diagnosticians. This research work collaboration
