1. Intellectual Property Protection:

• 1.1. The Participant retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to their pitch, presentation, and related materials.
• 1.2. The Organizer shall not claim any ownership rights over the Participant’s pitch or materials but reserves the right to use the pitch title and description for event-related promotional purposes.

2. Confidentiality

• 2.1. The Participant acknowledges that the event is public, and their pitch may be shared or viewed by attendees, including investors, sponsors, and other participants.
• 2.2. The Organizer does not guarantee the confidentiality of any information presented or submitted. The Participant is advised to exclude any sensitive or proprietary information from their pitch.

3. Recording and Use of Materials

• 3.1. The Participant consents to the Organizer recording their pitch presentation, including video, audio, and still images.
• 3.2. The Organizer is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use recordings or images of the pitch for promotional, educational, or event-related purposes.

4. Representation and Warranties
The Participant represents and warrants that:

• 4.1. They are the original creator or have authorized rights to present the pitch and its contents.
• 4.2. The pitch does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  4.3. They comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the pitch presentation or participation in the event.

6. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement or the event guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the Participant’s pitch presentation, participation, or use of event resources.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the pitch registration form, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
