1. Consent to Photography, Videography and Recording:

• 1.1. The Attendee acknowledges that the Organizer will capture photos, videos, and audio recordings during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
• 1.2. The Attendee grants the Organizer and its affiliates a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their image, likeness, voice, and statements in any promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media, or other marketing content related to the event.
• 1.3. The Attendee waives any rights to review or approve the materials in which their likeness is used.

2. Sharing of Information:

• 2.1. The Attendee agrees that the personal information provided during registration (e.g., name, email, job title, organization) may be shared with event sponsors and partners for purposes related to the event, such as networking, collaboration, and future industry-related communications.
• 2.2. The Organizer shall ensure that sponsors and partners comply with applicable data protection laws when using the Attendee’s information.
• 2.3. Attendees may opt out of receiving future communications by contacting the Organizer or using the unsubscribe feature provided by sponsors or partners.

3. Event Content and Intellectual Property:

• 3.1. All content, presentations, materials, and recordings provided during the event are the property of the Organizer or the respective presenters.

4. Code of Conduct:

• 4.1. The Attendee agrees to participate in the event respectfully and professionally, whether attending in person or online.
• 4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

5. Liability:

• 5.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, whether in-person or online.
• 5.2. Online attendees are responsible for ensuring their own technology and internet access to participate in the event.

6. Privacy Policy:

• 6.1. The Organizer will process and store Attendee data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and Canadian privacy laws.

7. Agreement to Terms:

• By registering for or attending the LumeSmart Earth Day 2025 event, the Attendee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
